New condos in San Francisco's Mission District

Through the eyes of a Millennial --

new condos in San Francisco's Mission District

Living in the Mission district is popular with many, including Millennial. Who better than to tell you about one new condo complex than my assistant, a Millennial herself. These units are selling quickly; as of two days ago, only 5 of the 18 units are still available.

V20, view from a rooftop deck
The Mission is a very trendy, up-and-coming neighborhood and the brand new homes at 3590 20th Street are close to all of the most important things, like transportation, shops and restaurants.

interior shot, V20, SFThe Mission has a culture of it’s own and is in close enough proximity to anything San Francisco can offer, yet far enough to where it’s not too congested all the time. Come and get one of these condos before they’re gone!

One reason I like the condos at 3590 20th St, or V20 as it is called, is that the building offers great variety. All units feature stunning views and plenty of space for living, while the communal courtyards provide peaceful oases. These homes provide ideal space for a variety of different situations, and each unit is unique.

a V20 kitchen, SFThe second floor features two bedroom and three bedroom flats, most with balconies or access to a private and sizable courtyard from the master bedroom, with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area- these units are great for pretty much anyone!

The fifth floor of these condominiums feature the townhomes, these multi-leveled pieces of perfection are each a work of art, complete with a view Whichever floor you're on. While each unit is different, making your next home exclusively yours, each comes with its own roof deck and at least one private terrace. One townhome welcomes you with an open area large enough for an V20 interiorimpressive dining area and living space (includes electric fireplace). The kitchen is tucked away nicely behind that, and the stairs are just off to your left. If that's not enough space, there's a terrace next to the kitchen that is perfect for some quality breathing time. There’s also a private terrace on top of the unit! Stairs are contemporary with non-intrusive light guides and steel/ glass features. They're sleek, but wont steal the spotlight from the main features of the unit.

Another townhouse features a smaller room on the entry level, perfect for a secondary bedroom or home office, library, wine cellar with a view- you name it! With the same sleek stairs and updated furnishings as the last but a different floor plan. The terrace at the top of this unit is large enough for a patio table and would be ideal for entertaining."

These units are listed for sale with Brown and Company Real Estate.

Interested in making one of these your home? Call me today; I'd be happy to represent you in this quick-moving real estate market. You could soon be living your San Francisco dream.

Lottie- I love these condos in the Mission District.  They'd even work for this Boomer.

When new condos are built here, Kathleen Daniels, they often sell out before they are ready for occupancy. I'm seeing that in Mt. View, too.

They'd work for me, too, Kathy Streib, if I didn't love where I currently live.

Lottie it is easy to see why these condos are selling so quickly.  They are beautiful units, in a great location, and the top units have an excellent view.

Very cool (or trendy as you would say) looking condos.  Absolutely amazing views too!

Lottie, I'm sure these will sell quickly. This reminds me a bit of our NODA section in Charlotte and how properties were sold in Tribeca and SOHO in NYC when these were "developing" residential areas.

I am really torn about the change of the Mission District and SF in general. Valencia has some cool new places and I alsways stop in Betabrand, and the chocolate shop, and I ate at Tacolicious two weeks ago. I walked by the new condos going up and I wondewr how long it will be until the Mission loses its old charm. Sign of the times.

Good morning, George Souto - this area of town, not long ago an area more affordable than many, is extremely popular today.

Myrl Jeffcoat - views, sunny weather, close to Dolores Park - very "hip."

Pete X with X Group Real Estate Advocates, Huntington Beach, CA 714.459.2017 OCLister.com - stylish indeed.

Thanks, Gita Bantwal - I hope buyer do call!

Nina Hollander - I'm unfamilar with Charlotte, but your comparison to SOHO and Tribeca is probably spot on!

Hello, Joe Pryor - your concerns are mirrored here in San Francisco. That the changing neighborhoods might displace current residents, and areas lose their cultural richness is a fear of many; no where more so than in the Mission.

It sounds as though you visit here quite often - business or pleasure?

Lottie, I come in every three months to speak to investment groups about buying in Oklahoma. I have been coming out since 2005 so I have gotten to know quite a bit as well as feed myself on some great food including sushi.

Thanks for telling us about these new condos. It is easy to see why they are so popular.

Posted by Roy Kelley (Realty Group Referrals) over 3 years ago

That's great, Joe Pryor - you must have good results if you come that often.

The condos at V20 are nice, Roy Kelley - they will likely all be sold shortly.

Lottie, these condos sure do look beautiful, and no doubt will be sold out prior to being built!

These condos are typical for much of the new construction here--shared common spaces, high ceilings, sleek, open floor plans. We're seeing some with no parking. Interesting trend, Joan Cox
