I'd love to take part in this urban hike to enjoy nature in San Francisco. Hope you're doing it, Lottie. D

Lottie

One of the best things I like about San Francisco is the walking in the city.

Good luck and success.

Debb Janes - if I don't have an open house, I hope to make the tour

Lou Ludwig - San Francisco's small physical size, hills, neighborhoods and great weather combine to make for very enjoyable walking! Come visit again son.

Donna Foerster - I'm hoping my calendar stays open on Oct. 5 so I can join the group and say "thank you" in person to the Friends of the Urban Forest.

Laura Allen, Lake Tahoe - Truckee Real Estate for Sale www.TahoeLauraLuxuryHomes.com  - that's exactly what I'm hoping to do -- and then walk the few miles home!

Lottie, if you do participate, please share pics! What a fun way to spend a Sunday in San Francisco.

Definitely I'll share pictures, Suzanne De Vita - and if I can't attend the walk, look for an upcoming post about the tiled staircase - it's a beauty for which we owe neighborhood groups a big 'thank you.'

Lottie, sounds like a great time to get some exercise and learn more about the surroundings.  Know you will enjoy this event!

HI Lottie - sounds like a fun event, and good exercise too. I like that you can learn about horticulture also.

Hi Joan Cox  - you know what Sundays are like in our business--I might or might not be able to make the Friends of the Urban Forest's walk, but it should be a great one.

Sharon Paxson - so many activities, so little time!
