Living the San Francisco Dream

For Sale in Pacific Heights, San Francisco

2255 Octavia Street in Pacific Heights, San Francisco --

currently listed for sale.

2255 Octavia

Located one block from Lafayette Park on a prime corner lot at Octavia and Jackson Street, this house always is near the top my "top ten" list of gorgeous homes I see as I walk around Pacific Heights.

2255 Octavia front door

I walk by this house numerous times a week, and I always appreciate its beauty. Once I happened to meet the owner outside and had the chance to let him know how much pleasure walking past his house gave me.

Everything I see from the outside is pleasing to the eye; the lines of the house itself, the street-side garden strips, the obvious love and care given to the house by the current owner, the surrounding homes.

The listing agent, David Bellings of Coldwell Banker, held it open for broker tour this week and graciously allowed me to write about 2255 Octavia.

My tour made clear that the inside does justice to the outside. It is a marvelous house throughout; elegant yet livable, plenty of space on three levels yet a floor plan that makes sense. Two levels of terraces are tucked away from street view, and fit in with the rest of the house beautifully.

For a visual treat, I invited you to check out the web site for 2255 Octavia Street. If you are in the market to purchase a home, give me a call.

--- Come for a visit; Stay for a lifetime!
