It's easy to know what appeals to me, and I think I know what will appeal to many others, but having a Millennial weigh in has lots of benefits. Some things I simply overlook, a Millennial buyer spots immediately, for better or for worse.

Last week my assistant checked out the condo at 1601 Pacific Avenue, in the Polk Street neighborhood of San Francisco.

"Unit 403 features two levels of extremely well lit rooms and a fabulous roof deck.  Updated kitchen and plenty of space to get creative with. The steel railings and exposed brick walls bring contemporary style to an otherwise traditional neighborhood.

"Its got two bedrooms, two and half baths, and views of the Golden Gate Bridge from more than one area of the house."

Additional features include a gas range, gas fireplace, en suite laundry and deeded parking for 1 car. This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is offered for sale at $1,425,000.
