The World Tree of Hope has once again taken center stage in San Francisco's city hall.
Not only does the tree make a spectacular backdrop for the many weddings, both large and small, that take place here, it spreads a great message of love, peace, and harmony.
Many thousand origami cranes, a symbol of peace, each contain a message of hope, love, kindness written on it, and decorate the tree. These messages are written by people of all ages, all faiths, and all walks of life, and represent hopes and dreams for the world.
If you're in town this holiday season, stop by and be refreshed by the thousands of good wishes. The World Tree of Hope will be up until January 2, 2014.
