Voting Day in San Francisco
Municipal Election Tuesday, November 5, 2013
Assuming that you are registered to vote in next week's election, you'll find polls are open on Tuesday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
If you are concerned that a busy schedule will make it difficult to get to the polls, there are other options available for you: Early voting, in person, is available at City Hall. Look for the Department of Elections in City Hall, Room 48. You'll find it off Grove Street:
- on Sunday 11/3, 10:00AM-4:00PM
- Monday, 11/4, 8:00AM-5:00PM
If you have an Absentee Ballot, it is too late to mail it in since it needs to be received by 11/5/13. However, you have additional choices:
- Drop off your ballot with Elections Officials stationed at City Hall entrances. This service is new this year, and available Sunday 11/3, 10:00-4:00; Monday 11/4, 8:00-5:00; Tuesday 11/5 7:00AM-8:00PM
- Drop off your ballot at ANY San Francisco polling place on election day before 8:00PM
Take time to let your voice be heard.
