What unique benefit do I bring to my clients? This has been forefront in my mind all month, since Debbie Reynold's June challenge asked us to share our thoughts about what sets us apart in our business.
Too often we think that what we do, most real estate agent do. However, what we think is ordinary might not be so, as I learn from comments from clients.
"Lottie was fantastic and I have already recommended her to friends. Not only was she professional, but kept me well informed and worked extremely hard!" (Points for me to remember: be professional, work hard, and communicate well.)

These wonderful, heart-warming words validate that the long, sometimes difficult hours I spend are well worth the time. My clients need to have someone who cares about them, who is patient and kind, who knows the market and gives solid advice, and communicates well. On the face of it, those traits don't sound like anything extraordinary, but to my clients they are invaluable.
