It's never too late to say thank you!

Some days it's hard to keep motivated; some days things don't go smoothly. Working with buyers in today's strong sellers' market is challenging, to say the least. Often we write 2, 3, 4 or more good offers before one is accepted. But when our buyer is in contract, investigations are complete, contingencies removed and we hand over the keys - it's a sweet feeling.
There's no better feeling than knowing the buyer is happy and appreciative of the work involved.
Imagine my surprise and pleasure when, about 2 months after escrow closed, to have these lovely roses show up at my office, with the note. It was all the sweeter that this happened well after she is settled into her home - I know we've done well.
So, if you ever think the time has past and it's too late to send a thank you note or a gift, think again.
