Super Bowl and a Super Weekend for this SF Realtor
Lots of things on agendas to keep life interesting and exciting! This weekend has been no exception -- take a look at how it's going:
Friday --- after negotiating two offers on a listing all week, late Friday evening it successfully came together. Sale Pending - nice!
Saturday --- paperwork/computer work on the pending sale; miscellaneous 'back end' work accomplished. Off to install the Sale Pending rider, then a 5-minute drive to explore a little-known ocean front park at Mussel Beach, Pacifica. Hiking along the coast, watching the high surf crashing ashore clears the cobwebs from my mind. Beautiful place we live in!
Saturday early evening --- off for a pedicure; now sporting red and gold toes in honor of today's Super Bowl. (At half-time it's a wee bit discouraging, but I'm wiggling those toes!)
Sunday morning - up early! Laundry done, bathroom cleaned, a couple of emails answered and out the door at 6:35 AM to catch a bus to Golden Gate Park. Nice 5K run with friends amid a happy crowd. Encouraging results for someone who hasn't run much at all in the last couple of years. Now I'm definitely motivated to keep up my Wellness Challenge! The competitive juices are flowing!
Sunday afternoon -- Super Bowl time!
We chose not to have a television at our place here in San Francisco, so are relying on streaming coverage via the web -- only moderately successful. (Half time just ended - gotta wiggle those toes harder - I'll finish this later.)
Well, now's it's Sunday evening and the game is over. Oh well, I'll settle for 3 of 4 things being super this weekend.
